With over 30 years of global leadership in enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and operational governance, Subbu directs the strategic vision and technical delivery at Surabhi LLC. Prior to founding the company in 2015, he held senior executive roles at Symphony Technology Group, Coverity, and Xoriant, and managed mission-critical global infrastructure for organizations including eBay and Rolls-Royce.
Championing enterprise-grade security and operational discipline, Subbu operates Surabhi as an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified organization, backed by specialized training in AI strategy at MIT Sloan and Business Management at Yale School of Management.
Dhananjay D. Ghugurdare
Controller
Dhananjay brings over four decades of extensive expertise in finance, accounting, and investment advisory to his role as Controller at Surabhi India. He began his distinguished career with a 27-year tenure at Bank of Baroda, gaining deep experience in financial management, regulatory compliance, and banking operations.
Following his banking service, Dhananjay expanded his strategic advisory and accounting leadership across diverse industries, including the engineering, textile, and fashion sectors. Known for his disciplined approach and financial integrity, he holds a commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and professional certification from the Indian Institute of Bankers.
Nagaraju Jaggari
Director, Professional Services
As Director of Professional Services, Nagaraju heads service delivery and onshore/offshore integration, bringing 15 years of expertise in IT and business operations. With a decade of dedicated leadership at Surabhi, he drives end-to-end product lifecycle management and operational excellence. He previously built a robust technical foundation in network administration at Bartronics India.
Nagaraju consistently fosters innovation and manages complex delivery across the healthcare, e-commerce, and technology sectors. His specialized technical proficiency spans AWS, MS 365, cybersecurity, and systems compliance. A Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and CCNA credential holder, Nagaraju earned his Bachelor of Science from Osmania University.

Jyothi expertly navigates our day-to-day accounting, banking, and receivables, ensuring seamless workflows across the board. Known for her uncompromising integrity and meticulous attention to detail, she tackles sensitive financial and personnel matters with absolute discretion and care. A deeply respected professional, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Osmania University.
