Summary:

Surabhi is seeking a strategic leader to strengthen sales and marketing efforts across its service offerings and growth initiatives. This high-visibility role is based in our Hyderabad office and requires the ability to build client relationships, expand market presence, support revenue growth, and work effectively across functions to deliver business results.

Responsibilities:

Build and strengthen sales and marketing functions aligned with long term business growth.

Establish and maintain strong client relationships across target industries and strategic accounts.

Develop and manage sales operations processes, including opportunity tracking and forecasting.

Build effective working relationships across partner channels and broader market networks.

Engage with senior decision makers and key stakeholders across client organizations.

Support business expansion by identifying growth opportunities and converting them into actionable plans.

Skills and Qualifications:

8+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or market expansion roles.

Strong understanding of BPO, operational services, or outsourced delivery environments.

Proven ability to grow client relationships and support revenue generation.

Experience in opportunity management, pipeline development, and sales forecasting.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to engage confidently with senior business leaders and decision makers.

Experience working across cross functional teams and partner ecosystems.
-
Exposure to international markets or U.S. client environments will be an advantage.

At Surabhi, we invest significant time and effort in training, mentoring, and developing every employee. We therefore value long term commitment, accountability, and professional integrity from every candidate who joins our team.

Employees are required to provide a minimum of one month’s written notice before separation to support a proper transition of responsibilities. To reinforce this process, one month of gross salary is retained, with 50 percent deducted during the first two months of employment. Subject to completion of the required notice period and satisfactory handover of duties, the retained amount is released along with applicable accrued salary at the time of exit.
